Shipping and Returns Policy
Goanna Gold Detectors takes pride in every product that we sell. We want our customers to get exactly what they need, when they need it. Part of that is our shipping and returns policy.
We ship to all domestic addresses in Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post. This allows you the peace of mind of having a tracking number and sign on receipt.
When you buy equipment from us, it is our priority for you to get it quickly and in pristine condition. In our experience, Parcel Post is the best way to do this. Unfortunately, because of trade agreements, we do not ship internationally.
All returns should be made within one week (7 days) of receiving the equipment, disassembled and unused. When we receive the equipment in this condition, you will receive a full refund. Please contact IMMEDIATELY should you notice something wrong before sending it back. This way we can advise you of the best solution.
Any product returned after the first week will be subject to normal factory warranty. If the product is not faulty, but the purchaser has had a change of heart, then we will treat the goods as used.
Used products are consigned and resold as secondhand on the customer’s behalf. We consignment sell secondhand products for our customers with a 10% commission fee (same as ebay). We no longer trade detectors.
